  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

  • WebToAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses. Users must exercise judgment and verify information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • WebToAI, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Any disputes shall first be addressed directly between you (“the User”) and WebToAI (“the Company”). If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue third-party mediation, at the User’s expense, before initiating any legal proceedings. Any lawsuits arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sacramento, California.
